5. Custom Orders

For custom jewelry orders:

  • 50% advance payment required
  • Design approval process mandatory
  • Delivery timeframe: 15-30 business days
  • Custom orders are non-refundable once production begins

6. Returns and Exchanges

We offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase
  • Original receipt and packaging required
  • Items must be in original condition
  • Custom and engraved items are non-returnable
  • Exchange for store credit or different item only

7. Warranty

We provide warranty coverage for:

  • Manufacturing defects: 1 year
  • Stone setting issues: 6 months
  • Plating and finishing: 3 months
  • Warranty does not cover normal wear, damage, or misuse

8. Limitation of Liability
